    The installer first has to unpack the install files. All 250MB of it. On your C: drive. Without telling you. Without letting you choose another drive. THEN it installs on the drive of your choice. Sierra, for some inexplicable reason, thought this was a /good/ idea.

    Like Anolis said, it could take some time. Let it run for about 20 minutes before giving up. If it still doesn't work, stop by the channel and maybe someone can offer a zip file.
