I know that, but why is it bent like that, it looks like she has it on her back for some reason, which seems weird to me, like if somebody tied her arms behind her back.

I believe it would call itself a she, because even men who think of themselves as female, but haven't had surgery in any way refer to themselves as she (I read this at some forum for some reason I hope I'll never remember). Whoever it was downloaded and watched a shemale porn movie, which is probably ok, each to his own, and then decides t make fun of it and his own sexual preferences for the whole world to see.
