The technology is not hidden. It's right there, on the beach.

If someone told me that the Sears Tower was buried in sand up to to the 52nd storey, I would say that it is "half-visible" not "half-hidden". Something is either hidden or it's not.

Giant Fish half buried in the sand....

...better that than a Vendigroth version of the Statue of Liberty so that Virgil could pound his fists on the ground yelling: "You maniacs....."

Now you're just splitting hairs. It seems more like a debate of pessimism versus optimism. You see the tower is half visible, I see the tower is half hidden.
You know what? I really wanted someone in my party to say something like that when I got into the wastes.

Random remarks at several points in the game would have been really cool.

I still say it would be cool if people contributed voiceovers for the characters who don't have speech audio in the game like Vollinger, Jayna Stiles, etc..

And here I am thinking...a good while back I posted a crazy ass idea for something to do in Arcanum when you're bored where I armed the Orcs in Tarant to the teeth (armor, weapons, potions, Muscle Builder, etc.) before convicing them to riot into the town....

Now I'm thinking,....since its possible to get ol Cynthia Boggs to try to escape.,....I wonder if it would be possible to arm her to the teeth, and maybe do a few disarmings of a few of the guards and see how she gets along.....

And why not upgrade her to lv.50, and make her a master of melee when you're at it?

Well...you get the "quest completed" thing in your journal when she dies or when you've brought her to the women's camp. Of course, I would like to see her kill all of the guards in her way.
*edit* I just remembered that if she attacks the guards, your friends will start to kill her. The guards were never the reason she died in my games. Magnus always ran up to her and chopped off her head.
