    What makes you say that Prov? I know that Troika are working on their next project right now, and not for Sierra anymore, but how do you know they aren't making Arcanum 2 with their new publisher?

    Same as Jarinor I ask why not? They even claimed they wanted to make an add-on/sequel if people like Arcanum. Did they change their mind?

    Last time I checked, Sierra owns the rights to Arcanum. Troika is no longer contracted to Sierra.

    I often wondered about that.... I bought 'Call to Power' thinking it was civilizaion... It was.. But kind of in a lame, unbalanced way....

    Actually, Sierra may not be too keen on another Arcanum because the original may not have sold particularly well.... As such, they may not be desperate to release a sequel.

    The game doesn't need a sequel... unless it's a few hundres or thousand years past the first one, and everything has changed... Yes the world got nuked and you come outta a vault... and magickers died!!! :p

    Arcanum sold fairly well, about 110k units world wide in 2001. That's still making a decent profit.

    It probably would have sold better had it not been warezed a full two months before it was shipped though.
