    I have a character in Arcanum which has been suspended for several months and now I wish to return to him. Thing is, I can now see how a different portrait would suit him far more than the one he already has. Question: is there anything I can do in order to change the Living One's portrait in the middle of the game? If you'll tell me I'll have to sacrifice a cat to the Dark Lord, I'll ask you if I should use a dull knife.

    The easiest option would probably be to overwrite the portrait. Find the file name of the portrait in use, rename a copy the portrait you want accordingly, and place it in data/portrait.

    The Dark Lord doesn't like cats.
