Is there a master lockpick in the game?

    I'm not referring to the pick lock master quest. I could use a follower that is a master in lock picks, J.T. Morat sadly isn't. :/
    Is there an NPC in the game, that is a master in picklocks? Could be any person in the game, that can be dominated, not necessarily one that is supposed to be recruitable.

    I think J.T. Morgan is the only one. Why don't you use Dominate Will on him?

    EDIT

    I just thought, is his tech aptitude to high for that? If so use a fate point.

    I did, he can be easily dominated.But he is no master in lockpicking, although he is supposed to teach that skill. :???:
    That's the reason for my question. There are some apprentices and experts around in Arcanum, but only the master bonus really helps to open the most difficult locks.

    Well if your playing a mage just learn Unlocking Cantrip, once you get to 100 magic apptitude there aren't many locks it can't open. Its also better because it permanently opens the lock, lockpicking only lasts until you advance time next.

    Might as well bash them in or disintegrate them. If I'm not going for teleport, cantrip is a bit of a waste.
    Thing is, merchants tend to get rather emo when I go all cantrip on their boxes.

    Well do you know the trick to get 100 fate points?

    Then you can lockpick to your hearts content and succeed every time.
