    No Jinxed, I never joke.

I have no sense of humor.

    Whatsoever...

You get Dreamweb for the computer, although I admit I played it originally on the Amiga.

Resident Evil on the gamecube is scary at some point, mainly only when the zombie things jump out of the windows and break the door down. But there is going to be another resident evil on the gamecube soon, called Resident Evil 0, which I believe is a never before made Resident Evil.

A horror type film resently released was Red Dragon, anyone seen that?

That`s no horror movie. Isn`t that just the last addition to the"silence of the lambs" family? A plain old splatter-thriller?

BUT Resident Evil is out. Starring Milla Jovo..Jojovo....the chick from 5th element. Now that ought to be a horror flick. You could always go check out Carpenters classic the Thing..

That depends on the person watching. If the person watching is a scared little child who needs to change diapers every half hour(looks at Quethim) or not. :p

    Hmmm.

I see your point there, but there are genres used to describe the contents of a movie.

The same as with games, or atleast not too different: An adventure game is not an RPG, but rather an adventure game.

So a scary movie isn`t nessesarily a horror movie, althoug it can be a horrifying movie to the watcher of said movie.

Although the word "horror" means "scary" it is, when used in conjecture with movies, widely known as movies of a scary nature that contains, admittedly a various degree but atleast a hint of, something unnatural, supernatural or othervise unrealistically fictional.

A realistic scary movie, "realistic" here reffering to the precense of a solely human cast of characters that die when killed rather than to a "realistic plot", is what we commonly refer to as a "thriller".

An unrealistic scary movie, "unrealistic" here reffering to the precense of something-something that doesnT`nessessarily die when killed rather than having an "unrealistic plot" (Tom Clancy :p ), is what we commonly refer to as a "horror" movie.
