Oh would that the assumption that the open flirting with Xiao_Caity is a "good thing" that does not intrinsicly ruin itself were merely obnoxious and not asinine as well! Not that there is any evidence that can decide this, but can any one Lord here demonstrate to me why this wanton gushing about Xiao_Caity is desirable, let alone benign? Of the many quirks of The House of Lords, this is one in particular that serves me very little.

Consider the following:

Firstly, the "awesome-sauce" remark immediately contradicts the original claim that you do not suck up to Xiao_Caity.
Secondly... "awesome-sauce?" Nonesense like this elicits a specific reaction from deep within me, but I feel Lobo has already expressed it better than I ever could.
Nonesense like this has also elicited a very specific reaction from Xiao_Caity that irks me to no end, and that is her role playing outside of the role playing forum. Had she **squealed** I might be inclined to more completely express my opinion on the matter.

Let us not neglect:

The gratuitous reference to gravy does not purchase reprieve from the fact that you are the most dedicated repeat offender of this travesty in this online community. I'm sure there is some pitiful, canine pride to be found in this being the case, but if I should ever come to appreciate it, it will be entirely too soon.

I suppose if I would hope anything should be taken from this is that it is distasteful to attack Zanza for his opinion when he calls things as he sees them--The House knows many of you make generous use of this liberty yourselves. Zanza's opinion is just as valid as any of yours if not more so, if only for the fact that it more closely mirrors mine.

 

Yeah, TDC just said what I wanted to say but knew I was unable to because I already know what everybody's reaction would be.

It doesn't contradict anything from my standpoint. I enjoy the conversations I have with Caity on and off these boards and consider her a friend, or at the very least a close acquaintance. I merely complement a friend.

Sorry, the "awesome-sauce" is a term I picked up from another friend of mine who says it so often that it apparently has become a part of my vocabulary. Feel free to make fun of me for using the term - I know I did for her when she first said it.
