I admit, this is an uncomfortable spot for the administration of the school. What it comes down to is asking whether they enforce the letter of the law or the intent of the law.

I hated my school uniform. It was unattractive, uncomfortable and impractical. The only good thing about it was, well... apparently schoolgirls are hot.

 

Personally, I don't really get that obsession. Other than the fact that the outfits are sometimes quite revealing, I never thought the uniform itself made any difference to me.

Then again I'm desensitized as all hell, so there's probably a good dose of bias there.

I think the lack of understanding of why schoolgirl outfits are sexy may come from never having your girlfriend dress that way for you.

Australian schoolgirl uniforms aren't the best, I will admit. However, this one is. It's not a prerequisite that the uniform has to be officially sanctioned by a school. That's just preying on minors.

I had a friend who had once lived in New Zealand and had pictures of her and her friends in the blue/green (I forget now. =/ ) uniform. I think my adolescent self developed a fetish at that point.
