No Pyotr you got it wrong; the girl who coughs blood is a whore not his girlfriend - he sees whores whilst he's going out with people. I'm sure he would care if his girlfriend was sick - even Drog has some standards - but not for some cheap harlot in a brothel; everyone knows whores aren't really people anyway so who cares if they get sick?
