Okay, i've looked all over, and can't seem to find what the "FT:1-5" on weapons means(its the mod thats right next to the damage) i know its probably a silly question, but i can't seem find what it stands for or refers to.

Also, what does DOT mean on the "unique" amulet that casts flashfire(or something to that effect)?

Are the items such as "the axe of lost time,"
and the like, what kinda items are they? i know there aren't normal or magick.

Any info would be greatly appriciated.

    thanks

FT means "Fatigue" (I suppose fatigue damage)
    DOT means "Damage over time"

The axe of time and such items are hexed items. They are magical items, but they are bad magical items. I think FT means fatigue, but I havent figured out why they show that. Mabye it is the amount of fatigue deducted when you are seriously overweight. Another person will have to answer that.

maybe it's the amount of fatigue it costs you in turn-based, after you run out of motion points...

As the self-appointed forum Welcomer I am here to say, "Welcome to the forum, DoctorMolatov!" :wavey:

FT means how much fatigue you lose if you over-extend yourself during turn-based combat.

Wrong! It's not Fatigue loss due to insufficient action points!!!

The FT right next to damage means the Fatigue damage the weapon can cause!!

Go to Options, turn Combat Message to Verbose. Then you'll see what damage you've done to your enemies. Then try hitting someone with a kite sword (the tiny red dagger). You'll see it does no Fatigue damage, as its stat stated. Then hit someone with a mace, then a sword. You'll see a mace (and all blunt weapons, including fists) does much more Fatigue damage than other weapons.

FT loss due to insufficient action point (which happens in turn-based only) is fixed... from my experience it's just 1 to 2 FT... or perhaps it's a fixed rate of 1 FT loss per 2 to 3 action points.

The Axe of Lost Time is potantially one of the best weapons in the game, after all, it can deal out 70+ damage. Just don't use it against larger groups and / or really tough critters (of the kind that can take more than 3 hits with it), you don't want an Ore Golem Hacking at you with double speed .
