ANIME??? *suppresses the urge to explode*

One sodding Full Metal Alchemist comment from you and I will make you eligible for a Darwin Award. Fucking anime... I am a sci-fi geek and fucking proud, do you hear me? Gyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! *twitch twitch spasm*

I swear to the many and varied trickster gods, the next person to tell me I'm an anime freak because I like sci-fi and good video games will be hexed something chronic.

(Guess what my pet peeve is? Heh. And now, to bed! It's 3:18 am, I need sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.)

If you hate anime so much. Why do you play anime based games? If you like sci-fi there are many alternatives. And games such as Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana are quite... childish... You make take offence but that is not my intent. I would rather play something based on Evangelion (oh the streams of blood! don't you love them?)

Oh and by the way. I did not call you a "anime freak" but if you like games like the one you've mentioned then you must at least tolerate the graphics.

Welcome back to a couple folks, then!
But, Xiao, you have to remember that it takes some time to cure a person of noob. Until that time when they've grown accustomed to the heres and theres of a particular forum (i.e. this accursed place, and the only forum I frequent), they tend to have a personality not too conducive of the T-A social structure.

I do not play anime based games. The day you catch me playing a game based off of an anime is the day I shoot myself in the head with a shotgun. Yes, I will admit that some RPGs have a somewhat anime graphical style, but I play for plot, not visuals. (Although a kick-ass plot with awesome graphics makes me all kinds of happy.)

(Evangelion. For fuck's sake... I got talked into sitting through that in high school. I have never seen such a nauseatingly pathetic plot and characters in my life worshipped so fervently in my life (except Final Fantasy VIII, but I prefer to pretend I never played that game in the first place, ditto for the Inheritance novels). If I want violence, I grab a Dynasty/Samurai Warriors game and slaughter my way through China/Japan.)

For everyone else, Hiya! Missed ya! I'm back, I'm full on form, and I'm learning how to work with communications infrastructure this year. I intend to be indispensible when members of this forum take over the world.

*wags tail almost knocking random vial off table*

Uhm, most of the whiskey is still there, but you may want to check the warranties on those virgins. I got bored. You left me with no bodies to bury and I remember what happened last time I ate the couch.

Riiight. Books. I think I buried them (see above) for safe keeping of course. I'll just go see if I can find them, shall I.

:-o You desecrated virgins, Puppy? I'm so PROUD! Now be a love and dig up my books so I see which ones I need to buy again, no?

Flame war, eh? Could be fun. I'll start mass-producing elemental explosives.
