I`m new, just got Arcanum off ebay, one question.

I just wanted to know are there any patches or downloads I really need to install to avoid any malfunctions the creators of Arcanum overlooked in making the game?

To answer your question, there certainly is. It's the 1.0.7.4 patch.
It does solve a handful of the problems.

Anyway, here's the links. Choose the one that's right for your version of the game and download it directly into your Sierra/Arcanum folder.

I've suggested many fixes on this website for typing up. But I haven't put together my Endings-fix, Speech-fix (and the others) as downloadable .zip or .dat files, yet. If someone in charge wants my files...
