    When we had the pre-defined titles and such for the first 2000 posts. I think I'm actually the only one that does, though. The big advantage to our current method is that now I don't really've to look at the names to tell who is who... ^_^

    The old system sure had a certain charm to it. It made custom avatars a lot more special (you have to keep in mind that back in those days the number of active people with custom avatars was much lower than now). However, the "new" system is quite ingrained by now and putting the old back would likely be an impopular move.

    The guy was so tragic in a very annoying way. Remember his thesis that the 13-year-olds of today were somehow exponentially more intelligent than the 13-year-olds of yesteryear? According to his reasoning, in 2050 toddlers will be exploring space and cure cancer.

    Oh it's quite alright. We forgive you.. He has a point though. There isn't as much drama as their used to be. Almost all of the great whingers have left, or evolved. We've lost Wolf, and Matah... BHoff's rarely around, and I'mn't the whiny terrorist I once was. And these new little pups? Fshaw. They ain't nothin to the glory of Angst that we were. =]

    Well, we do get that one special guy who comes in and tries insulting the whole forum and says he's never coming back but always does, and he gets banned all the time. And we get random naysayers just jumping in to cause a little havoc that doesn't work too well. Noone stays here long enough because they're just here for fun or we kick them out with our fierce lambasting (or nudity...it's whatever works).
    I'm one of the new pups, though, so maybe I shouldn't talk.
