I'd like to create my first follower and I'm able to create it and assign his unknow and know name, but here I've not understand how to: 1) Give him his objects(armor and weapon including) 2) A way to put it in game(I wanted see if it work naked or not) 3) I wished to create a unique half elf NPC, that have only an appearance, either(?regardless?) of his equipment, but I don't find a walkthrough to make it 4) I'm searching for a tool that convert quickly a lot of .Art in .Gif too... dialogues are a secondary problems for now...
