how to keep the bangelian scourge and kill stringy pete!!!

simple..just win the ancient game from the 3 halflings around blackroot...the gem you get at the end, will summon an insanely powerfull halfling mage.

when i faced stringy pete, i summoned the wizard, and then casted disarm on pete..setting him hostile..the trick here is to get the skeleton pirates to hit on the wizard..and the demon he summons will cream them all. no matter how many hp they have...it took 15 minutes..with all the skellies beating on the wizard, while the demon creamed them all...then i could pick up loads of arcane items and other goodies..and keep the scourge sword and have a ship.

if you know the exact coordinates, you can even go there early..but risking to break the story, as the ship you win can let you go to thanatos..i hadnt even been to tarant yet at that point

I killed Stingy Pete a long time ago, point is, my followers aided me, and the impossible thing is to kill him and his band by yourself, to get the max xp. that is.

 

Well, you can kill him and his crew yourself in one round if you are a mage and have enough +mana items on-hand :wink:

 

Well, the only way I can think of to do it the way you suggested is to use Disentegrate. Quench Life doesn't work on the undead. Disentegrate means that all that arcane/charmed equipment will disappear as well, and that equipment is the main reason people kill Stringy Pete and his crew...

 

disentigration would also lower the xp alot.
the only way I think you could max out the situation is be a tech and have 30 stungranades. stun them the shoot them for the xp per hit. But does that work on undead? stun? I think so
