How to get past the mountains?

Hello again! Could you tell me how to get behind the wall of mountains, which in fact splits the continent in 2 parts? I'd like to get there to get Azrams Star, as I already know its location. So is there some mean of transport over the mountains or do I just have to wait until the main story line takes me there?

It's better to whit until the main quest sends you to Quintarra. Otherwise you risk messing up your whole game. You need to save up the five points for master anyway.

 

And is there some good throwing weapon until I get Azrams Star? I'd love to use chakrams (Xena rulez!), but they do just too little damage.

 

My techie uses a simple boomerang. 27 damage on each hit.

 

I suggest lemons,skulls,papers,gears,food...
...they don't do so much damage..but...

 

Unfortunately, the best throwing weapon in the game is not available until you cross the mountain. I am refering to the aerial decapatater, of course.
