How to get into the Iron clan?

I've got the place marked on my map from a book in the Victor's house in Caladon, but when I got there...the damn door don't seem to open!! >_< so can anyone please tell me where do I get the key from? Is it in the so called "Place of voice"? If it is, Where do I get the map location for that place?

 

The "door" s be lit up and you need to slowly move your cursor to find it in the "doorframe", the place of the voices map is in the safe at the zoological society
My advice is to use a fate point when opening it even if you have no lockpick skill it will open when you use lockpicks on it.

 

you need the glass key which is obtained after finishing the quests in the panarii temple in caladon. the ones concerning manox
and nasrudins resting place

Concerning the Iron Clan, do I need to have Loghaire in my team for Magnus to be its leader or will MAgnus automatically be its new leader with or without Loghaire?

Without Loghaire he does still become the leader...but you don't find that out immediately. WITH Loghaire, you immediately find out, get a nice proud dialogue between the two and it just makes you feel warm and fuzzy.

 

how can i get the glass key i couldnt do any more quests for the panarii temple so i killed them all can i still get the key
