    Uh-hu, you said it girlfriend.

    Cop wasnt paying attention. Wrote down mans birthday on spot of day of incident. If cop writes wrong date down you can scam out of the ticket. Man decided to write smart ass letter. Hilarity insues. And that is how it happened. Now go to sleep my little ones.
