Damn, you didn't get my card, gift and cake? I sold all my possessions and bought you a solid gold watch, put it in a package, and addressed it to MrNobodie, Australia. How could you not have got it? I sold everything ... even my collection of rare blue leather Lederhosen ...

*points silently up at his first post*

Look, I even went out and got you a card:

Just pretend your name is "recepient" and it'll make sense. You might also think of an appropriate birthday message for yourself too.

(Hey, I'm cheap. Those bastards wanted my credit card number!)

Tuesday, Feb 24, 2032. Gee, that would make me 49...man, I don't even get to live to 50! Wait, that's a good thing, isn't it?

I think I can say with some assurance that you won't think so on the Feb 23 2032.

It means the day before you die at the age of 49, you'll probably not feel that not getting to live to 50 is a good thing.

Riiiight...so, what you're saying is that just before I die I'll be pissed at not reaching 50?

Ah, it's a moot point anyway - I miscalculated, and realised that I'll be 48 and a half. Oh well.

Now you'll be really pissed that you won't get to see 49.

Er ... Jar ... you are aware that you asked the question ...

... right? Only, you seem to be having a bit of unexpected trouble understanding why I'm saying "You won't see it as a good thing just before you die."

    I'm confused :D.

No, seriously, I don't care when I die. I care so little about death, there's not a chance that I'll have any unfinished business, so there goes my opportunity to be a ghost.

Yes, and I don't care whether the trains on the way over to my Dad's house are unreliable, right now.

    (now you're confused  )

I get what you're saying, Sheriff.

I don't care much about dying as long as it doesn't happen tomorrow or in the forseeable future. I'm not afraid to die (maaan) as long as it happens later, not soon and not now¹.

¹Also, as long as it doesn't happen when I'm awake, having a bad dream, and/or capable of feeling pain of any kind.

No, now I'm just thinking you're just a heartless bastard who doesn't want to visit his Dad in the nursing home. After all he's done for you¹...

Really, Milo, I don't care when I die. I just hope that what actually kills me doesn't hurt too much - I'd hate for my last memories (which probably won't be going anywhere with me) for ones to be of pain, because that would just suck.

¹It's irrelevant what he's actually done for you.

Oh you'll care when I'm standing over your sleeping body getting ready to slit your throat.

    Just kidding, my friend.

    I have a friend! YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!

Hehehe. A true friend stabs you in the front. I saw that somewhere...I think Oscar Wilde said it, but I'm almost certainly wrong on that one.
