How many points for colleges?

How many points will it take to get an entire college of spells? White Necromancer, Black Necromancer, Nature, etc....

 

Int of 9.
Will of 18.

 

An intelligence of 9 and a will of 18 will be able to use all the spells in which college? Or is that the requirement for EACH college?

 

If you want to master a college, this is what you'll need.

Let's say you have INT of 8 and Will Power of 8, the normal status.

Experience Points Distribution:
01 - Increase intelligence
02 - Level 1 spell
03 - Will Power (9)
04 - Level 2 spell
05 - Will Power (10)
06 - Will Power (11)
07 - Will Power (12)
08 - Level 3 spell
09 - Will Power (13)
10 - Will Power (14)
11 - Will Power (15)
12 - Level 4 spell
13 - Will Power (16)
14 - Will Power (17)
15 - Will Power (18)
16 - Level 5 spell

You need 16 points to get all the spells in a college. Since you already have will power of 18 and intelligence of 9, you'll only need to add points to the spells to the elvel 5 spell for another college. If you compute it well, it says that you cannot get all the spells.
