how do you make custom character backgrounds? i wanna try making some interesting ones.

In addition to that, what are the names of other attributes not listed? like magic aptitude and other stuff.

 

Done and done.

Character backgrounds will not interfere with blessings as long as you don't alter existing effect lines that are not tied to backgrounds i.e. add new lines or change existing backgrounds, don't interfere with any other lines.

Just look through effect.mes and it will be clear what commands relate to what stats.
