HOW DO I GET TO CALADON?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I read something about a negotiator quest and in tarant but i cant find who gives that... HELP ME PLEASE

 

First you need to go to Quintarra. (Wait until the main quest sends you there). The next time after that when you go to Tarant, Willoughsby will be at his house. (The one near the graveyard with a guardian Ogre). Talk to the little guy and he'll tell you to meet him at the town hall/water department. You can also pick up the guy he was talking too, another mage as a follower.

Meet him at his office. If you are ready for the Master quest, he will recruit you as a diplomat to Caladon. A boat will take you there. He will also give you the clear the boil quest.

 

Agreed, wait till the main story line leads you to terwillinger and victor misk. Then you can hire a boat to take you to Caladon. To get the job as negotiator from Willoughsby you must have maxed out persuasion and already be an expert there. He will reward you with master training if you are successful. Less than maxed out persuasion and he won't give you the quest. Also, after talking to him, Heinrich Jenks will ask you to assassinate the king, but neither of those are requirements to getting to Caladon, just knowing about Victor Misk is.
