How do I get more jobs from Thieves' Underground?

I've already given Thaddeus Mynor the sewer plans, then pickpocketed them back, but I can't seem to get any additional jobs from him. Is he the one I talk to, or is there someone else? Mr. Black doesn't help, either.

The guy you stole the plans for should also give you the Kree quest.

There is a guy who appears only at night in front of Poone's (not the begger). You can get four jobs from him at a time. When you finish one, get money from Mr. Black and then talk to the guy outside of Poone's for morre jobs.

 

Thank you, Lethran. But I got the quest for the plans from Thaddeus. And once I completed that, he doesn't say anything else. I checked him a day later, and at night. Nothing. I will check out that dude in front of Poone's at night, like you suggested.

It's not only the guy outside of Poone's Flophouse that can give you thieves underground quests. Pretty much any human guy walking around the warehouse district in Tarant can give you the quests once you've been initiated.
