how can i train my followers?

anyone know how i can train my followers to Apprentice, expert or master in their skills ?

Welcome to the House of Lords S-10. For future refrence, we have a Hints n' Tips forum that you can use to ask these types of questions. I would be happy to help you here though. You must choose the educator backround at the start of the game. Once you gain expert status on a given skill, your followers will become apprentices, provided they have the correct number of cp's invested in said skill.

 

Some of the followers gain experience levels nevertheless even when you don't take educator background. And they can even become masters.

 

Dog is the only one I've seen inclined to do that, are there others Dragoon?

 

The ones you meet near the end of the game (I don't want to spoil anything for svikesvein hence I don't name the place). I also seem to recall that some other npcs got experience levels too. As to which ones those were I don't remember.
