How are you supposed to discover the loc. of Golgotha Pass?

Sorry for asking this, but I only knew of the pass's existence due to a stategy guide. Even then I had to maunally run up and down the mountains nearby until I found it and the purple blotch did appear until I was well in it.

Where in the game were you supposed to discover it? I haven't the faintest clue but I don't want to do that again. Thanks in advance.

I did the up and down thing, and i don't think there is a quest for you to discover it, remember the cordenate so you can find out where is it without having to go up and down when you create a new character.

You're supposed to discover Gorgoth Pass from the Caladon side, but it can be discovered from the Dernholm side with a little effort as you've found out.

It's useful for getting good armors and such early in the game as well as a free mechanized gun to sell off. I usually hit Caladon around level eight or nine to get Magnus some dwarven platemail.

 

Thnaks guys, but the question becomes, How does one get to Caladon. None of the ships will take me there. What quest gets you there?

If you want to get to Caladon early, use the pass then head south on the other side. You can find a world map online that'll show you where the city is located along the southern shore.

 

Listen I got up to the Minsk part of the quest. They said I needed to go to Caladon and yet...

THERE WAS NO WAY TO GET THERE!

Was I supposed to ask someone or what?

 

Do you pay attention on the dialogues??
