rosie, I don't know how you can relax while you're driving. There are far too many aggro nutcases on the road for me to just sit back, close my eyes and go on instinct for a few seconds while driving.

DU, that's just frightening... and i tend to drive where there's no one else on the road, Jar. the highway is anything BUT relaxing, but the country is nice. suburbia's pretty easy, too.

Try driving in Manhattan, especially in Times Square. It's like fucking Crazy Taxi, but worse and it's real. Not only does everyone drive like an asshole (even more than the great state of New Jersey), but the fucking pedestrians just walk right out into traffic. I ran a red light at least once by accident last time I drove there.

 

i hate big cities. traffic sucks, there's too much pollution, and everything's noisy. also, it's impossible to buy a house with a yard.

Matt, you have no fucking idea what you are talking about. You can't drive yet, and until you actually learn how to drive, it's practically impossible to judge how well others are driving, and it's impossible to do it in retrospect.

 

Drive defenceivily buy a tank. The safest way to drive, is assume everyone else on the road is a compleate idiot and will do anything at anytime, No matter how stupid it is. You can't go wrong with this policy :/
