Hey people having problems installing Arcanum

    The tittle explains most of my problems any who. :lol:
    When I mount install disk in deamon tools and try to start installation the next message pops up:
    I have XP service pack 2:tried compability mods.tried it with administrator rights and still it does not work.Any suggestion would be appreciated.Please help.

    Mounting? You shouldn't need to mount if you bought a legit copy from gog.com or own a cd. If you of course have an illegal copy then this isn't the place to ask help.

    Buy the game, it really worth its money.

    Otherwise the problem is exactly what it says on the tin: the windows installer service is not started.

    Well the problem is that only with Arcanum I cannot begin the installation while every with every other program or game I can.
