So hi svetlana (you know i love that name, why don`t you tell us alittle more about yourself, why you came here, what your favourite games are, your bankaccount number and code and so on so on.

And where the hell are you from? Oh and I`m Qilikatal the nice guy, and unrecognised forum legend. Not that it matters since i will be leaving you all in two days.

You could always see about getting a waterproof laptop... though I don't know of any of the coral beds by where your going diving are equipped with wire-less hook-up stations for laptops. I live in Seattle, you can internet connections anywhere. :) well, Bwael Deshmal since your leaving, and good luck with your diving and all that stuff. Blinky, we (they) are honestly this bored. There's like a foot of snow outside, and I'm too lazy to go play in it. So did anyone ever figure out if it's Valeria or not? I'm too lazy to complain to the mods. Let's get some little youngest who doesn't have a reputation as bad as mine go do it. Or we'll just have FT :D do it, I doubt anybody would complain if we sacraficed him.

Well, the original Russian version has one 'n'. But then, you foreigners always twist everything;)

Ha ha. Then again, yes, I do not have a clue as to how to spell Russian words. :)

And even then, if you knew how to spell the words, you still wouldn't be able to, because the Russians use a different alphabet. :)

Actually, I use a different alphabet than most of you, although it's only a minor difference of three additional letters in the end of it. ÅÄÖ. Isn't that awesome? I have all of those on my keyboard. No need for hopelessly complicated keyboard combos to get them were I want them. :)

Where do you keep them. I know my keyboard would look strange with any additions.

    Yes, Russians use Cyrillic...
We have "Ñ" as an additional letter. It's next to the L.

You know which weird and obscure language I want to learn? Basque. I hear it's some unholy combo of Finnish, ancient Greek and Hungarian, or some shit like that. Not only is that a really cool combo, but my dad's side of the family is originally from the area.

My roommate in college was a Basque minor (linguistics major). I'm really into obscuritanism, so I was utterly fascinated. My weird language was sanskrit. And now Czech. Too bad I don't know a useful second language.

Why is it than non-English keyboards patently refuse to put the "@" key anywhere on the keyboard? In this age it's just dumb to have to use Alt Gr or, in the Czech case, Alt 4,6. I know "@" is English shorthand for "at," but nowadays it's so much more than that.

I heard Basque has absolutely no relationship with any other language.
Well, I have a non-English keyboard, and I have to press alt+2 to get the @.

I have to press Alt Gr + 2 to get my @.

Labyrinthian, I agree wholeheartedly. And I just realized that "+" is on two different buttons, which feels like quite a waste. Why not remove one of the plusses and replace it with the @? Would make sense for me, although I would probably encounter some small annoyance for not being used to it...

I fear that the keyboard world is far too conservative, the current QWERTY layout being centuries old and designed specifically to slow down your writing...

Being the anime lover I am, I've had thoughts of learning japanese. Does that make me unique?
