    This is my first time, but I have troubles finding the Heartstone....... I know where it is but how do I get beyound the moutainchain????

    I'm desperate

    Welcome to the forum Thomad!
    the heartstone can be found at the Bedokeen Village on the left side of the mountains to cross them you have to finish some of the Main game quest. also they are random there so you have to run around the map before you find some lying on the ground
