Help needed in Fallout Tactics game

I own a Russian version of Fallout Tactics, which came without the manual (yes, it was in the bad old times when I was still foolishly buying cheaper, but buggier and unpatcheable Russian versions rather than the patcheable originals that come with a manual. What I need is a full list of perks, what they do and the requirements for getting them. Could anyone please help me out with it? I know there are FOT players here.

Okay, try going to GameFAQS.com then and having a look at the walkthroughs yourself. Game FAQs should be your first port of call when you're having trouble with a game. That place has helped me out of a few tight ones.

 

gamefaqs even has help for neopets... truly, it is the master site.

 

Just stay away from the message boards. Nothing good comes from them.

 

Its hard finding intelligent people in GameFAQs, but they're there, nonetheless. The forums are usually a cesspool, but civilized, intelligent, non-FF7 conversations can arise.
