Not only did I wake up at the brisk and early 2.30 PM, I also fried some bacon and black pudding for breakfast. So all of you whose New Year's resolutions involve losing weight and leading a healthier lifestyle, listen to me because, basically, I don't give a damn about that sort of bullshit.
I try and have a full English Breakfast most days of the week. Failing that I raid the fridge at work and see what I can find, last week that ment eating an entire pavlova for my morning meal. Thanks to the fact they contain nothing but air (well aside from the copious amounts of sugar) I was still hungry afterwards.
I guess I don't really eat much. I try to eat normally, but if there's food I don't like (or have to cook), I go without.
I did that when I was working out all the time. Well, I ate up to six times a day, but it's close enough. Now I'm just lazy so I'll work out when I can to maintain my muscle mass, but I'm not eating so much anymore.
I tried the whole eat 6 smaller meals a day and it was still too much, even though my food intake was less......so I only have 2 main meals a day and maybe a snack in the middle. Andthe hospitality industry fucks up your eating routine nicely.
I'll testify to that, gotta love the days when you have the breakfast/lunch/dinner meal at 3 in the morning.
