Head of Arcanum and the Mage from Tulla in the bar.

Hello.
I seem to have a problem on my hands.
I was returning from Qintara to Tarrant the other day, to research Renford W. Tewlliger. Anyway, after visiting the hall of records I decided to go to the graveyard when BANG, a Mage from Tulla and the Head of the Arcanum Industrial council(Is that his title?) walks out from the bar near the graveyard. I decided to talk to the Mage and convinced him to join my party and talked with the Head of Arcanum who tells me to come to his office in aout an hour. Well, an hour later I travel to his office and talk with him about Caladon and ask to become his ambassidor to Caladon, but was refused. After walking out of his office I was confronted by a man from a "concerned group of citizens" and I end up agreeing to try to asassinate the kind of Caladon when I realise I haven't saved before agreeing. Being a cautious man, I like to save before any big decesions. So I decide to return to my last save, which is back in Qintarra. Anyway, I made the journey from Qintarra again and went back to the hall of records and as per before, decided to travel back to the graveyard in order to find the Mage and head of Arcanum. However, when I pass by the bar this time I get nothing. No Gnome and Mage popping out of the bar, nothing.

Please help, I have gone back to that save 5 times now and have not still not been able to get the Mage and Head of Arcanum to appear outside the bar (or inside for that matter).

Try checking at the Willoughsby Residence instead of whatever bar you've been hanging out at.

 

Its down the street from the Gentelman's Club, right on a good route to the cemetary.

Sometimes they dont appear when I first get back from Quintarra, try leaving Tarant and going someplace else, then coming back..... just travel on the word map for a day and see if that works.
