I envy Milo his life stories (job seeking and the like) so I'd like to share my own. Introduction: I'll begin my 4th year at uni now and we got to choose the discipline in which we'll write our graduation paper (or however you call it: you choose discipline, get a subject, must write some 70pages long work and "defend" it). Anyway there are limits as to how many people can write a paper from a given discipline. It's mostly 12 per discipline so I was a bit uneasy - I wouldn't like to end up writing something I hated to learn even for the exam not to mention learn it for 2 more years. Yuck. Since a friend of mine also wanted to write the same discipline as I we decided that we'd go under uni at 3.30am (yep, in the night) while you can't sign up before 9am and wouldn't be let into uni before 8am. Temperature outside was pretty damn close to 0C degrees. Btw I woke up before 5am on Sunday - this shit happens always whenever I know I should sleep longer. At around 18 yesterday another friend called me and told me that people are beginning to gather under uni. Fuck, I got on train, notified my other firend and went under uni. I signed up on a list made by already present students (hell just like in good communism era with people making queue lists under shops). My friend arrived shortly afterwards and we waited. We waited. We waited some more. It got pretty damn cold. We waited. After some time there was a janitor switch and the new one let us into the building - at least it was relatively warm inside. We waited. At around 8.30am we signed up. Even though there were 17 people on our own list willing to sign up for the same discipline as us only 4 actually did. All in all after amost 30hrs without sleep I discovered that I could've as well spent a night in my bad and go to uni in the morn. :smash: Or even tomorrow. You can imagine how cheerful I was. I'd kick some ass weren't I so damn tired.
Woah, i thot you were DU for a sex. anyway, that really sucks. take a good nights sleep, and a good meal and you should be fine. Well, you should be fine to beat somebodies ass, and go ahead with it. no use retaining anger, that leads to extreme violent outbreaks, and those really suck.

But it was like this for topics. See, it occurred that many poeple signed up on a few of those lists we made ourselves even though they were not binding - some people just like to sign up a lot I guess. So it often occured that out of 20 people 3 or 4 actually were there to sign up. Another issue is that due to proffessor who's the head of administration branch people who sign up there are often regarded as having masochism deviation.
Re: x c Because there are fewer of the higher avatars and of those few even fewer still who post often. So when you see a rare avatar and you see the same name next to that avatar often enough you tend to forget others have it too. I glanced over and saw the AV with a D and assumed it was you, with the lower AVs there are more of them so you tend not to look at the name not the AV, with the higher AV's it tends to be vice versa (for me at least) uch:
