So when you head to Ashbury you hear about a haunted castle somewhere, and I found a gem in the tomb under the graveyard that I assume pertains to said castle, except, am I blind? Where's the dang castle??? Thanks in advance... BTW This forum is a great resource both for good, intelligent questions and also mine. Nice work!
As the Self-appointed Unofficial forum Welcomer I would like to say, "Welcome to the forum danreid99!" :wavey: To answer your question: The gem is for the weird mage standing at the graveyard gates. If you give it to him he may join you. I think you have to be evil though. The haunted castle is located at the north end of Ashbury. If you go north until you reach the coast and then start traveling west you will come to a path that continues north (kinda like a peninsula). Follow that to the front door of the castle. I don't think there is a quest associated with the castle, but there are plenty of baddies to whack.

The reason it did not come up on your world map is because it is still part of the town. In fact I believe that if you access your map of the town and scroll up to the top you should see the house.
Welcome to the forum!!! You must be blind. Be careful in the castle because if you attack a tayyered bowman in there before it attacks you, your followers might get mad at you. I don't think the castle has any use except to beat up enemies and get some treasure.
Damn that castle i ran along the coastline for ten minnutes before i realised that it was almost in the middle of the town. BTW: what is it that lord say when you have gotten down to him.
