On another note: I can't figure out that Safeguard of the Wild thing. What is it supposed to be? Sort of looks like a blocky interpretation of dread armour.

 

It's just a set of armor. We've never discussed those high level avatars because they were mostly unused. Only Friend Al got them and it was like 3days before he got to next rank. And after he left they were only visible in FAQ. Later on avatars disappeared from FAQ so as you can see they never had the chance to draw much attention. Contrary to Untrained avatar which is supposed to be railroad spike but was lately labeled a condom.

 

I remember someone had the magic flying blade DU has at one point, but can't remember who - maybe Jar. Milo once labelled that the Anal Decaffeinator, y'know.

Ferret, I doubt you saw my first post, unless you happened to be here on the 5th of August 2001 . I made only a couple of posts in my first few months, then about this time last year I really started to get into it.

I think my first post was in the Modding Section, talking about the mod I wanted to make or something...

 

I joined September 3rd. So my Join Day went uncelebrated... *sniffle*

 

I'm trying to find all the posts I've made, like Milo and his 45 pages of posts...Okay, I have....

Jarinor - I visited this forum as a guest for months before actually registering. I spent quite a few hours amid lectures at uni in the computer rooms just browsing through the forums.

I only registered in my third year though, when the urge to post got the better of me. However, I still didn't get round to posting until after my course finished!
