Gems of Trayos discussion

I'm new and this is my first thread.
Please comment as much as possible.
Try not to use rude language. If really necessary, use things like #@*&.
In this thread, I will not really participate as a main character much.
Instead, I will mostly narate.
Please, do not kill any characters I create in one go because it my spoil the plot.
Give me a chance to intervene.
Always give a general outline about yourself on your first post; but don't give everything unless you are some famous personage.
If you start early, get any weapon you like because it will be taken away from you.
Please try not to fight amongst yourself because it will make the quests harder if there are any casualties. Don't worry because there will be more than enought enemies for you to battle.

This sounds interesting. You've got a nice plan and an open, but semi-defined world in which to play.

I like your idea of having the shards bring people together too. Perhaps the reason why it shattered was that the god Rashesias shattered the gem in order to curse the lands. Not even he could destroy it completely, but by shattering it he managed to spread and weaken it's effects enough for his curse to be effective.

I'm interested, but I might not join. It depends on how much time I have and how well some of my other threads are going. I think one or two are on the verge of failing due to too many people pulling out. If that happens that I think I'll sign up if there is still an availability.

Not just Rashesias alone though, he is not that powerful. He and his allies.

In the thread itself intro anyway you like as long as you've got the gem and start in Timenia, a mining city.
Bare in mind that if you wish to be a native to the empire, it is a merchant empire. Mining, trading, etc.
