My module includes one huge location (some kind of valley) and some other smaller (caves, dungeons, mine) and there is a problem with this “big” location.

When player enter its east part for the first time, everything is OK, but after that, when player try to go there for second time, the game is terrible slowing down, PC needs 10 minutes to make few steps!

Does anyone know what could be the reason? I don’t know what to do, maybe the only way is to delete this part of valley, but I spend many hours in decorating it...

I made pictures of this location, there are some old, deserted buildings, trees, mountains, railway station, river, few wolves and NPCs. Nothing special, but something causes this problem.

Is this happening all in the same round? Enter the area, run around, exit, then re-enter and get the drag?

If so, it sounds like you are trying to use an existing save to check an area that's been modified. Adding new scenery, chests, or building can cause this exact situation. And all it takes is one item....

Go to the Arcanum\modules\Arcanum\maps folder and empty it out.
Start a new game and see if that solves the problem.

    Let me know this helped.

Almost ;) Enter the area, run around, exit, spend some time sightseeing other areas, then re-enter and get the drag.

    Module was compressed...
It happened to me and my friend, when he was testing the module, and it didn’t happen in every game.

It sounds sensible :) I will try it tomorrow.
