    wishlist for the grey council:

    - simpler forums
    - more organized fights
    - an effective aid system to elevate smaller nations into mid-range
    - precise economical models, more control over member states' economies
    - a simple and effective hierarchy
    - non-agression treaties with as much alliances as possible
    - well-documented wars, relations, economic things
    (- arbitary nation colors)
    - easier application process; we need more members (of course we need to remain in charge)

some ways to avoid the second great war:
    - peace mode
    - declaration of war against each other

some more things I've in my mind at the moment:
    - transitive cheating - is it possible ?

Aiding your "brother's" nation via a 3rd party (or more 3rd party nations).

Of course I won't try it, it's too risky :/

Uh-oh... Don't go there, Frigo, filling friends' war slots is an exploit and probably a bannable offense.

And do you really need special ways to stay out? Who'd attack you?

And by probably you must mean definitely. I've gotten people banned for that before.

The stupid thing is he was looking for someone to use as a third party, he just got impatient.

And that shit they call karma prevailed. With the relief fund he'll be back in no time. He does not seem too bad of a guy. Apart from the fact he and Lyonheart thought I was an NPO spy...

Did JC cheat or not? I'm not very active on cybernations and can't seem to figure out whether he was.

He was technically cheating, but then again he wasn't.

By definition it's cheating to have any kind of economic communication between nations that have been logged to the same IPs, And he had his brother send him all of his tech because he was going to quit. And since this happened during Chrismas when they were both home and at one IP, it was cheating.

But then again he didn't have a multi so he wasn't really cheating.

And he openly admitted it on the GC board.

He then openly admitted it on the CN board and expected them to believe him. We know he didn't cheat because of personal experience with him, but to a game mod the 'My brother and I use the same IP' excuse is the oldest one in the book.

Let's just hope that my brother never gets into playing CN, considering how many times I've logged on to it from his computer...

My little brother about 10 days ago decided it would be fun to start up an account without telling me. Luckily I managed to post the multi at the CN forum and take screen shots just in case. This was like after about a week he signed up. Lucky I suppose....
