    So yeah... I have 35 explosives expertise but I can't make fuel. Pourquoi?! What are the requirements. Similarly, you might as well tell me the requirements for bullets now too cause I know I'll just be asking that later.

    all the information you need is told ON the picture of the things you need to make the fuel(or bullets)
    maybe you need chemistry or something like that...

    Rob, apparently you need skill in some other Tech Discipline, as well. Chemistry, maybe?
    What does it take to make fuel? You know where the little pictures are when you open a schematic, right? The little "gun" or "beaker" symbols? And next to them is a number. Are you at a high enough skill level in each Discipline required to make fuel?
    If you already know all this, good luck.
    But if you don't, I'll walk you through it.

    It must be a glitch. Oh well. thanks anyway. I didn't have the proper expertise before... but now I do and it still won't change. Silly computer.
