Anyway, I seem to have screwed up my zipped things. Please keep in mind that I am relatively computer stupid... in terms of complicated things. Grrr. So, here's my problem: when I double click something to unzip it, the little screen pops up, then disappears. It pops up for a second or two, then just POOFS! What have I done, and what should I do?
If you have downloaded the latest version, it is an evaluation version, and the time for it to work may have expired. There are two ways to deal with this: 1. (WARNING!! This is ILLEGAL!!) You can go to http://www.astalavista.box.sk and download a crack to keep WinZip from evaluating. 2. You can go to http://www.download.com and search for a different, free zip and unzip program.
Get New Software Get WinRAR, it works so much better than WinZip, but you will have to get an illegal version or replace it every 30 days. (I use an illegal version, and not just of that... I have no legal software on my computer)
