Followers who've fallen behind in levels

this was meant for first time players, remember you played this game for the first time once! and I suppose you KNEW all the locations before playing.

It easier to get the followers you want early in the game i am trying to get some extra free followers at the moment and they are not the four everyone knows about hehe.

What do you mean by that? I want Franklin Payne and Sebastian early in the game. I suppose you can tell me how to do it, as well as point me to the secret stash of teleportation scrolls in Shrouded Hills.

Anyone can be a free follower. Just takes a bit of spell abuse.

 

Especially when they don't show up until later in the game!

THe only downside of forcing Qintara is that you don't get Myrth's quest. This means that you don't see the Real Stillwater Giant, & Gaylin in the only way to trigger Raven.

Sebastian & Payne are triggered NPCs also.

I have done it before and you still get the quest to find Qintarra because its a part of the main quest in the game.

Sebastian,Payne and Raven are triggered if don't do the find Quntarra quest Raven will not appear so how the hell do you think i passed the game then.

Getting the quest to find Qintarra and getting Myrth's quest are two different things.

I know. I was using sarcasm to poke fun at your post about "getting the followers you want early in the game". Like, ha ha, and stuff.

 

There two ways to do the Qintarra quest
Give Myrth's amulet to the herblist in SH or give Myrth the fake stillwater giants pelt from the place you get Gar in Tarrant when you give the fake stillwater giant pelt to Myrith the stillwater giant will appear near the Hut which has blood in it e.g. the hut is north of stillwater and it is next to where the Ogre who captured Cyris footprints begin.

No there's three ways I think. You're forgetting the whole "capture the blue bunny and get ridiculed at the natural history museum" option. And you won't get Myrth's quest if you've already been to Qintarra as Shadygrove pointed out.

SINCE BLOODY WHEN. The "Blue Bunny?" will appear in a random encounter near Stillwater on the world map, not in Stillwater itself.

 

but at what point in the game does mryth show up in stillwater?

I don't think the museum person or that dude who puts you on the blue bunny quest tells you where Qintarra is but that is part of getting the location off Myrth the museum person tells where to get the fake pelt when he laughs at you about how you captured the bunny in the trap
which the person who gave you the trap thinks the bunny is the Stillwater giant.
There are only two ways to get the location and thats the women in SH and myrth.

but mryth has to be there for you to steal the amulet!

That was my original post was.....How can you only be lvl 19-20 (after doing all the quests to get to go to stillwater and still pick up Thorvald on the isle when he is lvl 23?

You can't get back to the isle of dispair when you have done the main quest there. :-o

 

After you get Stillwater marked by Loghare.

You don't. If you want everyone near the same level, you must force Hardin's Pass somewhere around level 16 - 18, after the BMC mines but before the IoD. You don't want to leave for the IoD before level 21, & Hardin's Pass is worth a level or three.

There are only two people who will mark Qintarra on your map. There are three ways of doing it. Pay. Attention.
