Let them die to the enemy, then revive them, their reaction will instantly change to 70.

For arachnids and automatons, simply redeploying them will change their reaction to neutral.

You probably hit them by accident a few times and they got suspicious.

It seems that my followers have become a bit suspicious about me, are they going to leave alone? In that case how can i make them like me again?

    Thanks

Followers have their own alignments. Good followers (like Dog, Sogg, Magnus) don't like you doing evil things (pickpocket, attack innocents, give offers to evil gods).

If you don't want them to get upset, have them wait before you do something evil. Don't wear Dread Armor youeself, and don't use Body of XXX elemental spells. Get yourself some nice clothings that boost reactions.

When the reaction between you and your followers go very low, there should be dialog options to make your followers happier (you'll need to get something for them). Or you can boost your Persuasion to Master (not likely), or use a Fate point to ensure good reaction.

Also make sure you've applied the latest patch... as there was a bug that some monsters (IIRC, Bone Archers) were considered "good" by your followers.
