Fear not, internet dorks, Snow's back!

Well, since we got a CD player fitted into Ye Olde Hyundai around 3 months ago, I've hardly listened to the raDio. My family has around 10 albums in circulation, and when it's not CD's, usually it's AM. It's a chore, since the vast majority is crap. There are six main FM stations in Melbourne - 2 pop stations with a little R&B; 1 pop/dance/R&B station; 1 'rock' station (mainly pop-rock and numetal); 1 retro station (60's-80's), probably the best of the lot; and 1 alternative/indie/dance (is that a contradiction?) station.

Anyway, I don't see what the problem is with the model ...

 

I myself agree with Sleek about the generic-ness. I look for the smaller bands, as many of them have cool ideas. My goal isn't to look non-mainstream, my goal is to find something that's WAAAY out there, like the shit that doesn't show up much. me and my friends look for new bands, big or small, to listen to. Since I feel like making a fool out of myself, I'll name some of the small bands I've found, just because I love to share the music with people. so here goes nothing:
Nightwish
Seether (not really that small, but hella good)
The Pogues (not small, but awesome)
Soil
St Germain
Seven Mary Three
Haggard Knumb Skulls (thanks Sleek!)

yea... those are the only bands I can think of, what you think of them (if you look for them at all) is your opinion, but I personally like all of them.
