Hey dude, chill the fuck out. Charles is one of the best comic reliefs we have if not the most... coherent... poster. Calm the fuck down. I have seen many non fanatical muslim women around my community, there are not many but a few, wearing the head scarf thingy. There might be more to the official burqu, but I know that there is a religious signifigance to it, even if it isn't a "requirement." Many religious practices are not exactly required, but they are in place for people to show their faith and devotion.
