    You can pick locks without suffering penalties due to poor lighting.

    But flamethrower is from Mars. He might not have a manual. From what I've read on this forum, certain *cough* less-expensive versions of Arcanum have been distributed across the planet. If he does have a manual, then you have a point, YY2 (can I call you that? It's so much easier), and I would have to say RTFM. :minigun:
