    I can't find one the bow guards at Dernholm tell me to talk to the captain but I can't find him so where is he or is there another expert

    The captain is wearing a brown wool jacket, I believe. Not the leather armor all the other archers wear.

    I can't seem to think of any other expert bow trainers at the moment....

    The Bow Captian patrolls from the barracks to the gatehouses near the arival point. Only brown wool jacket walking around town.
