Everytime I SAVE the game "Do You Want To Quit" ap

I dont understand it at all,, it just happened this past few hours and I felt worried because I might screw up again and the " save bug " <2 nude guys in the wilderness" will happen again on my Mage Knight T.T


by the way, the situation is this, when I save my game this "DO YOU WANT TO QUIT" with an (X) and (O) to choose from appeared and every time I LOAD again, It persists to be appeared... what the hell happened?
