Epic level handbook from WOC

The Wizard of the Coast have release the Epic Level Hankbook. I than makeing than 30th to 40th level female human wizard who will than WarLady
like the warlord in the Scorpion King who will use epic level spells to help her army to win battle and conquest lands.
Epic level handbook is than good addition to the D&D system.

It isnot than code it than add on to the D&D p&p roleplaying game from wizard of the coast. The Epic level handbook take your character pass the 20th levels. I will post how my chacter look at the 21th level, the 30th level, and the 40th level.

to bend 100% of the people to your will permanent it hell alots more efficate than any fireball spells or nuclear exploreion will ever be.

Translation: The lastest tactic in the "War on Terror" is to pipe in the WB network's show "Charmed" via cable television into the heart of the "Axis of Evil". Epic level handbook is nothing great. dont really like the super high level stuff. level 1 to 10 is best.
So me smart cause i know stuff.
