Actually, a dildo used to be made of completely organic materials, though they were never found in the same spot. They were once made of leather, and stuffed with either dill or wheat. This was several hundred years ago, however. Back in the days when you only lived to thirty-five if you were healthy, and everyone had lice.
Then there were the wooden dildos, fashioned of supple soft-wood, and sanded to avoid sharp edges. They had a finish that was non-toxic and resistant to weathering. The finish also prevented retention of bacteria, allowed for easy cleaning, and also kept the splinters at bay.
